In our investigation we found the main reason was due to the assumption that if the tool says it can do bidirectional features then some users assumed it could do 100% of all bidirectional features on 100% of vehicles on the road. We discovered reviewers on Amazon mention Innova's tools are overstating its features or that we are false advertising.
