In theory it should be possible to pull out the immo data from cluster and import the data into the 95040 eeprom to have working immobilizer in the vehicle. Ideally if your using b6 cluster and have matching keys to the cluster. That being said you can solder a 95040 eeprom to the ecu pcb but you will need to have matching keys. First year for immo was 2002 the A6 got it first and was immo 3. None of them had immobilizer not even the 01.5 vehicles. Can anybody confirm that?if you have a swap out of a us spec s4. With I think immo off (which has immo II).įrom what im gathering and read is that an RB4 cluster cannot be adapted with used keys with immo in the ECU.
